Contact support

For app problems, questions, feedback, or feature requests, email support@zambadu.com. Include the ArrowMD version, your macOS version, what you were trying to do, what happened, and any steps that reliably reproduce the problem.

We aim to respond to support requests within two business days.

What we support

We support ArrowMD's documented reading, navigation, raw Markdown source editing, Read From Here, and ArrowMD Pro purchase and Restore Purchases workflow on currently supported versions of macOS. This includes help diagnosing app crashes or unexpected behaviour, answering questions about how a feature works, and confirming that a purchase or subscription is recognized correctly by the app.

Support does not include recovering a Markdown file that was lost, corrupted, or deleted outside ArrowMD; guaranteed uptime or availability of the app or this website; custom or bespoke feature development; or access to a document you have not shared with us. ArrowMD keeps your files on your Mac in the location you choose, and we cannot open, retrieve, or recover a document Zambadu never received.

ArrowMD Pro subscription and Restore Purchases

ArrowMD Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through the App Store. Apple processes billing, payment methods, trial eligibility, and refund requests; Zambadu cannot issue a refund directly. If ArrowMD does not recognize a purchase you believe is active, use Restore Purchases from within the app first. If the issue continues, contact us with your purchase details.

Accessibility support

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in ArrowMD, describe the workflow, the assistive technology you are using, and the behaviour you expected. Send the report to support@zambadu.com.
