Start spoken reading from the caret or selection, then pause, resume, or stop without losing your place.
Speech settings
Choose an installed system voice and set a preferred reading speed from 150 to 500 words per minute.
Folder workspace
Open a folder of Markdown files, browse its hierarchy in a native sidebar, and filter the workspace by filename.
Document outline
Show a heading outline for long documents and move directly to a section while returning focus to the text.
Find and adjustable text size
Use native Mac Find commands and increase or decrease the displayed text size without changing the Markdown file.
Normal Markdown files
Create, open, edit, and safely save standard `.md` and `.markdown` files. Undo, redo, Save As, and unsaved change protection are built in.
Accessible Mermaid diagrams
Mermaid code fences can appear as native, offline diagrams with accessible labels while the original Markdown source remains available.
Private local workflow
Your documents stay on your Mac. ArrowMD does not require an account, a proprietary library, or cloud storage.

Prices and currency vary by App Store storefront; the App Store shows your price and offer before you subscribe. The raw Markdown source will remain free to view, edit, and save.
